Suzanne Ludlum, owner of Trinity Yoga and Healing, has been studying yoga since 1998, and has been teaching since 2005. Her philosophy about yoga comes from her personal experience with it.
“From the very beginning, I felt a profound difference in my stress level. Having suffered from panic attacks since the age of 12, I found that nothing worked well…therapy, biofeedback, medication (which was a temporary fix). After my first year of yoga, the panic attacks completely disappeared. My anger level also went way down. I’ve also been very active my entire life--running, tennis, lifting weights, aerobics—but nothing gave me as much physical strength, stamina, and flexibility as yoga. I also went from being 5’7” to 5’8”. I’ll turn 50 this year and I feel and look better than when I was 20. Yoga truly has transformed my life, and that is why I left a lucrative career years ago to dedicate my life to sharing the magic with others.”
